To secure your booking, a non-returnable deposit of 20% will be required.
On arrival at the villa a returnable breakages deposit of £400 will be required.This will be returned to yourselves after a quick inspection on day of departure.
Also a £100 cleaning fee will be required on arrival.
The only other extra costs would be if you require aircon/fans during your stay. This would be due with the final balance.
The house is also available to rent long term. (11 months) at a rate of £1380 per month plus bills
